Every rupee accounted for.

A payment is applied to the charge it settles, so the balance is always the difference you can trace back to its source.

From tenancy to payment

Know what is occupied.
Know what is due.
Know what is on file.

Tenancies, rent, payments and documents stay connected, so nothing has to be pieced together later.

How it works

From an empty unit to rent on record.

  1. Add your property

Create the property and its units once. Each unit shows whether it is occupied or available.

  2. Start a tenancy

Put a tenant in a unit with the rent, the due day and the lease dates, and invite them to their own portal.

  3. Record rent as it is paid

Rent is charged each month. Record a payment when it arrives and it is matched against what is due.

For your tenants

Fewer calls about what is due.

Each tenant signs in to a portal of their own. They see their tenancy and nothing that belongs to anyone else.

  • Their rent, at a glance

The monthly amount, the next due date and whether they are up to date.

  • Their own payment history

Every payment recorded against their tenancy, in one list.

  • Documents you choose to share

The agreement and receipts appear once you share them. Identity documents can never be shared.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can my tenants pay rent inside TenureMark?

Not yet. You record each payment when it arrives, by bank transfer or however your tenant pays, and TenureMark matches it against the rent that is due.

What can a tenant see?

Only their own tenancy: the rent, their payments and the documents you have chosen to share. They cannot see other tenants, other units or anything you have not shared.

Which documents can I share with a tenant?

Agreements, receipts and similar papers, one at a time and only when you choose. Identity documents are kept private and cannot be shared.

Can I manage more than one property?

Yes. Properties sit side by side in one portfolio, each with its own units and tenancies.

How do I sign in?

With your email and password. We also email you a short code to confirm your address.
